DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
- Monitor, control, and coordinate business unit operations to meet client expectations and company objectives.
- Manage and oversee multiple client sites while ensuring service excellence.
- Develop and implement systems and processes that improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure productivity targets and performance standards are consistently achieved.
- Assist in developing and implementing client-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANGAEMENT
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular engagement and proactive problem-solving.
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Source and secure new clients in line with business development targets.
- Increase client headcounts and expand existing business relationships.
- Conduct weekly meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business growth.
- Achieve agreed sales and KPI targets.
COMPLIANCE REPORTING
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and statutory legislation.
- Prepare operational and performance reports.
- Monitor workforce documentation, attendance, incidents, and reporting requirements.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience as a Blow Moulding Machine Setter or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Experience with blow moulding or plastic manufacturing machinery is essential.
- Good mechanical aptitude and fault-finding ability.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
MACHINE CHANGEOVERS & SETTINGS
- Conduct machine changeovers within the required timeframes.
- Set up machines accurately to ensure efficient production.
- Complete setting sheets following each changeover.
- Perform machine testing and ensure packing tables are correctly configured.
- Service and prepare moulds during changeovers.
- Complete and sign off all changeover documentation.
PRODUCTION SUPPORT
- Maximise machine uptime and production efficiency.
- Maintain machine breakdowns below established targets.
- Support production teams by operating machines when required.
- Monitor product quality and minimise production waste.
- Train and mentor machine operators on machine awareness and basic troubleshooting.
MAINTENANCE & SAFETY
- Perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Identify and report equipment faults promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and health and safety regulations at all times.
- Participate in regular engagement sessions with machine operators to drive continuous improvement.

- Support platform security configurations.
- Monitor platform performance and routing.
- Assist with access controls and infrastructure protection.
DATA OPERATIONS
- Manage data imports and exports.
- Validate and reconcile operational data.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems.
API & SYSTEMS SUPPORT
- Assist with API integrations and troubleshooting.
- Support third-party system connectivity.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical issues.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
- Provide first-line technical support to internal users and clients.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new platform users.
- Document issues, resolutions, and operational procedures.

- Valid Clamp Lift Truck Licence/Certificate.
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience operating a Clamp Lift Truck.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or FMCG environment will be advantageous.
