  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a logistics, shipping, or import/export administration role

  • Experience working with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and transport providers

  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures
  • Capture and maintain accurate logistics and shipment records
  • Monitor delivery schedules and resolve shipment delays or discrepancies
  • Assist with import cost tracking and logistics reporting
  • Support inventory, warehouse, and procurement teams with shipment coordination
  • Handle logistics queries and provide administrative support to the supply chain function

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD designs

  • Ensure quality standards are consistently met in all tooling outputs

Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related financial qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a bookkeeping or similar finance role
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
  • Experience working on accounting systems such as Sage, Pastel Evolution, or similar
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Experience managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Knowledge of VAT submissions and payroll processes advantageous

  • Administer creditor and debtor accounts, including invoicing and collections
  • Prepare supplier reconciliations and manage payment schedules
  • Assist with VAT preparation and statutory submissions
  • Support payroll administration and related financial reporting
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting requirements
  • Prepare documentation and schedules for audits
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers as required
