  • Liaise with freight forwarders, clearing agents, transporters, and suppliers
  • Track shipments and provide status updates to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures
  • Capture and maintain accurate logistics and shipment records
  • Monitor delivery schedules and resolve shipment delays or discrepancies
  • Assist with import cost tracking and logistics reporting
  • Support inventory, warehouse, and procurement teams with shipment coordination
  • Handle logistics queries and provide administrative support to the supply chain function
