We are seeking a proactive and technically minded IT Operations Specialist to join a dynamic team supporting a modern digital platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring platform stability, supporting system integrations, managing operational data processes, and providing technical support to clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cloud-based technologies, APIs, Meta/WhatsApp integrations, and platform administration while contributing to the continuous improvement of business operations.

Qualifications and role requirements:
  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in IT Operations, Technical Support, Systems Administration, or a similar role.
  • Experience supporting API integrations.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and system administration.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent understanding of data handling and operational workflows.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

  • Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform and Bot Flows.
  • Cloudflare administration.
  • CSV data imports and exports.
  • API integration support.
  • Basic understanding of backend system operations (training will be provided).

ADVANTAGEOUS

  • Experience within Payroll Technology.
  • Exposure to automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of secure data handling standards.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

PLATFORM OPERATIONS

  • Monitor and maintain daily operational performance of the platform.
  • Support platform uptime, stability, and performance optimisation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Integrate new clients onto the platform.

WHATSAPP & META PLATFORM ADMINISTRATION

  • Manage and maintain integrations with the Meta Platforms ecosystem.
  • Support and optimise WhatsApp Flows implementation.
  • Assist with template management, approvals, and message delivery processes.

CLOUDFLARE ADMINISTRATION

  • Support platform security configurations.
  • Monitor platform performance and routing.
  • Assist with access controls and infrastructure protection.

DATA OPERATIONS

  • Manage data imports and exports.
  • Validate and reconcile operational data.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems.

API & SYSTEMS SUPPORT

  • Assist with API integrations and troubleshooting.
  • Support third-party system connectivity.
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical issues.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

  • Provide first-line technical support to internal users and clients.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new platform users.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and operational procedures.
